• Intimidate, harass, discriminate or assault any Hanxue School members for any reason, including reasons of gender, religion, nationality, ethnicity or sexual preference.
• Taking the class under the influence of alcohol or any other drug.
• Participate in innapropiate conversations or behaviors con with some Hanxue School member.
• Sharing personal information unnecessary for the classes.
• Any violation of this Code will be investigated and sanctioned as Hanxue School considers it, if someone keeps innappropriate behavior, it will be taken more drastic measures.

Hanxue School aims a continous improvement of every process and of the Teaching System, the purpose is comply and reach the best results with our community, specially, with our students. • The student will choose a schedule to classes. Every class lasts 55 minutes.
• The students will specificate the topics or course that they want (certification or specialization).
• The classes starts on time, after that the teachers calls, they will wait for student 15 minutes. If the student didn´t attend, the class continue the next session.
• If the student can´t take the class, should let it know to the teacher 8 hours before. If the student don´t do it, the class will be considered taken.
• The students can postpone the classes only three times, and Hanxue School let them take it later.
• If the student have connection problems, please inform immediately to our phone number.
• Refunds are not valid. The payed hours must be taken.
