How to shop online

Welcome to Hanxue school online. Purchasing or buying a service is easy, desirable and secure. Just select the service or item that you want to buy and follow the instructions described below.

Step One

Hover the cursor over the image of a service or item and click on the Add to cart button. Select your service or item and then click on «add to cart ». For additional information about the product, video tutorials and related links, click on the name of the item or service or the link for more details. From the details page of the service or item, select «add to cart » to put the service or item in your cart, click on View cart.

Step Two

Once you have finished shopping, click on the cart icon that you will find in every page or click on the Pay button that appears each time you add an item to your cart along with the details for it. Follow the instructions on screen to proceed to the payment process. Please, consider that you can change the cart contents including the number (up to 5 tutoring sessions), during checkout prior to clicking on Submit Order.

Step Three

After submitting your order of the item or the reservation of your service is registered, a Thank You page will appear confirming that your order was received. An email confirming that your order was received will be also send shortly after it has been submitted. VIEW CART

Click on the cart icon to display your shopping bag with the list of ítems or selected services for the purchase, the selected quantities for each one and the total cost of the purchase. You can remove items or change the quantities in this area.

REMOVE ITEMS FROM YOUR CART

If you want to remove an item or service from your cart just go to «My purchase » and select the link «Remove» below the product name. The item will be removed from your cart.

Availability of items or products

Temporarily out of stock/ Outstanding services

If a selected item or service is temporarily out of stock o there is no timetables when making your order, you will be notified via email and you will be informed about the shipment or the expected timetable of the item or the outstanding service. The outstanding items will be shipped as son as they are available, as well as the timetables are set out for your service. You can be certain that you will not have a charge for any item or service until is shipped. If for some reason you would want to cancel an item or an outstanding service before its shipment or reservation, please contact us at (+52) 228 411 5536 or via email electrónico hanxueschool@gmail.com and we will be happy to help you.

EXCHANGE AGREEMENT CODES

Enter your agreement code in the labeled box as «Name of agreement institution» in the page of Billing during the checkout process. When an agreement code is accepted, it will be showed in the «cart» page where you can check your purchase.

Please, consider: The agreement codes depending on the institution could be a current photo ID or a full name to corroborate that are active for the agreement code. Only one agreement code can be used per every online order.

Important information:

For your safety, your name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that do not fulfils these criteria.

AUTHORIZATION OR WITHHOLDING PAYMENT

All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and will be shipped. When submitting an order using credit card or debit card, two transactions will be reflected in your account.

  1. The issuing bank of your payment card will make a withheld in the funds of your account of the amount of your purchase when an order is authorized. This action reserves the funds for the outstanding charge.
  2. Subsequently, you will be charged for the order and the funds of your account will be withdrawed. The charge might vary of amount of the withholding authorization if the order is altered or cancelled before shipping.

If an order or service is cancelled, the withholding authorization will be retained by the issuing bank. For more details about withdrawals of withholdings of authorization, please contact the costumer service of the issuing bank since this process is specific for each bank. We regret

Avoiding an extra charge for forgetting paying on time.

The monthly payments for this service will appear in your Cart with a note of «Added monthly service» – and a drop- down menu that allows you to select your desired interval: each month and how many months. Remember that you can cancel at any time before the shipment.
